The budgetary law 2017 has provided the exemption of the payment of the contributions foreseen for the required general insurance for new agricultural entrepreneurs. In particular, it refers to business owners, direct farmers (CDS) and professional agricultural entrepreneurs (IAP), with an age of less than 40 years. Can obtain from a minimum of 50 up to 100% of the waiver depending on the months of activity.
The parameters to benefit from the facilitation relate to farmers:

started a new agricultural business in the period between 1 January 2017 and 31 December 2017;
have not reached forty years of age at the start of the new agricultural business.
