The 2018 budget law will confirm several measures aimed at energetic efficiency of housing and building renovations and will see the addition of a bonus for green spaces.
As announced by the Minister of Agriculture, food and forestry policies Maurizio Martina, the Council of Ministers has launched this measure which foresees deductions of 36% for interventions concerning the care of gardens and terraces. In particular, the green accommodation of outdoors of any kind of property, therefore: terraces, gardens, green areas condominium. The measure was launched in contrast to pollution and neglect of urban green areas, as well as aid to the horticultural sector.
