With Law no. 154, Art. 16 of July 28, 2016 became active the service "Bank of Agricultural Lands" which provides supply and demand of agricultural land system.
It's a tool activated by ISMEA (Institute for Agricultural and Food Market Services) that collects detailed inventory of lands on the national territory in order to simplify search and purchase, facilitated in the case of younger buyers (under 35), for which there is a fast track with zero-interest loans, an increase of 25% of European aid and the full exemption from payment of social security contributions for first three years of activity.
On the website http://www.ismea.it can access at the Bank of Agricultural Lands and see the about 8000 hectares already mapped.
